Jeff Buren is one of two founding members of EJ Green and has nearly a decade of real estate experience. His business acumen and talent for the numbers allow for sucessful project budgeting and analysis.
Jeff is always striving to answer the question of "Where is the value for the end user?" with every decision we make and it forces us to evaluate each choice from the perspective of the future homeowner, neighbor or businessowner.
Jeff's focus is on acquisition and disposition, development feasibility and project budgeting. Buren's history of success in the value-add multi-family industry give EJ Green an edge in the efficiencies of limited resources. His knowledge of the real estate industy on whole help EJ Green to round out an understanding of how to best serve the neighborhoods and neighbors with whom we work.

Ethan Schwartz is one of two foudning members of EJ Green and has nearly two decades of engineering experience. Ethan's penchant for architecture and design make him the creative mind behind EJ Green.
He provides us with a vision. Every project in EJ Green's portfolio begins when Ethan says "I have a new idea". His philosophy of local-progressive-ecological development push us to build in ways we never thought possible.
Through his experience he has honed an understanding of materials, building and the planning process. His focus is on design, environmental impact and future development. Ethan's tenure in the AEC design industry provide EJ Green with a link to the industry's latest innovations and techniques.
